How are your micro cabins delivered?Boost Micro Cabins are loaded on a trailer and delivered to your site where they are unloaded with a picker truck or small crane.

What kind of base or foundation do I need?Boost Micro Cabins are designed to sit on a standard concrete foundation, paving slab, or concrete and screw pilings. We can assist in the planning and organizing where to place the cabin on your property, however we are not held liable for any errors in foundation or placement errors.

Do they have wheels or skids?No. Boost Micro Cabins are portable by professional transport, but are not intended to be moved by a household vehicle.

Do I need a permit?Boost Micro Cabins are built to exceed national building code minimum requirement and may be small enough to avoid a permit in most municipalities, but every jurisdiction has different requirements. Confirm with your municipality before ordering.

What electrical do I need?The electrical will depend on what type of hook-ups you select. You can either run off an RV circuit or opt to have the off-grid hook-ups.

What plumbing do I need?Our Micro Cabins don’t offer plumbing options at this time.

Do you offer heat or cooling options?We offer different heating and cooling options to ensure your cabin stays an optimal temperature no matter the weather outside.

How weatherproof are they?Boost Micro Cabins are built to withstand Alberta winters. We use spray foam insulation, metal clad siding and roofing, and high-efficiency solid fir windows and doors in all our models.

Is my cabin delivered whole or in pieces?Boost Micro Cabins are delivered as a complete structure, fully finished.

Where are your cabins manufactured?Our Micro Cabins are hand crafted near Edmonton, Alberta by a team of certified carpenters.

How many electric outlets?Our micro cabins come with 4 black decorator wall receptacles, 1 light switch, 6 LED recessed lights.

Do you deliver?We can help arrange delivery to anywhere in Western Canada. Delivery cost will be determined based on your location. Delivery is included in the price of the cabin within the greater Edmonton area.

How long does will it take to receive my cabin?Boost Micro Cabins aims to have your custom cabin delivered within a three month window. However, exact delivery times may vary depending on the season, supply availability and demand.

What is your warranty?We guarantee the craftsmanship of all our cabins and offer one year limited warranty on all our models.
